Not Receiving Content
Problems with email and SMS delivery

Not receiving daily emails

Common cause: Email filters or overzealous spam detection

  • No emails in inbox or spam folder
  • Haven't received content for several days
  • Previously receiving emails, but stopped recently
✅ Solutions:
  1. Check your spam/junk folder and mark our emails as 'not spam'
  2. Add noreply@daily-dad-dialogs.com to your contacts or safe senders list
  3. Verify your email address in Account Settings is correct and verified
  4. Check delivery preferences to ensure email delivery is enabled
  5. Try sending a test email from your settings to verify delivery

SMS messages not arriving (Pro users)

Common cause: Incorrect phone number format or carrier restrictions
🔍 Symptoms:
  • Not receiving SMS despite Pro subscription
  • SMS worked before but stopped
  • Getting emails but not SMS
✅ Solutions:
  1. Verify your phone number is correctly formatted (include country code)
  2. Check that SMS delivery is enabled in your delivery preferences
  3. Ensure your carrier supports SMS from shortcode numbers
  4. Check if you've blocked messages from unknown senders
  5. Try sending a test SMS from your settings to verify delivery

Content arriving at wrong time

Common cause: Incorrect timezone setting or delivery schedule

  • Receiving content too early or too late
  • Content arrives at inconsistent times
  • Timezone seems incorrect

Repetitive or boring content

  • Content doesn't match child's interests
  • Generic conversations that don't spark engagement

  1. Add more interests and hobbies to your child's profile
  2. Include personality notes in the child profile (Pro feature)
  3. Rate content and provide feedback to improve future generations (Pro feature)
  4. Update child profiles regularly as interests change
  5. Try different delivery schedules to get varied content

Inappropriate or concerning content

Common cause: AI model edge cases that need human review

  • Content contains inappropriate themes
  • Questions that make you uncomfortable
  • Content that conflicts with family values
✅ Solutions:
  1. Report the specific content immediately through our contact form
  2. Include the exact content and date received in your report
  3. Update child profiles with any sensitivity notes
  4. Temporarily pause content delivery if needed while we investigate
  5. Our team will review and improve content filters based on your feedback
Technical Problems
App issues, loading problems, and bugs

Website not loading or very slow

Common cause: Network connectivity or browser caching issues
