We use Stripe for payment processing, which meets the highest security standards. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.
View Billing History

Update Payment Methods
Change your credit card or payment method through the secure Stripe billing portal.
Pause or Cancel Subscription
Cancel anytime with immediate effect or at the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees.
Failed Payment Recovery
If a payment fails, we'll automatically retry and send you email notifications to update your payment method.
Cancellation Policy
When you cancel your Pro subscription, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll automatically revert to the Free plan with no loss of data.
How does billing work?
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $9.99/month. Your first payment is processed immediately, and subsequent payments occur on the same date each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically revert to the Free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
Is there a free trial?
New users start with our Free plan, which includes core features. You can upgrade to Pro at any time to access premium features like SMS delivery and content history.
What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, we'll retry automatically. You'll receive email notifications and have a grace period to update your payment method before losing Pro access.
Can I get a refund?
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your specific situation.
How secure is my payment information?
We use Stripe for payment processing, which meets the highest security standards (PCI DSS Level 1). We never store your payment information on our servers.
Can I change my plan?
You can upgrade from Free to Pro at any time. Downgrades happen automatically at the end of your billing period if you cancel your subscription.
